Mr. Poppers Penguins

Hello followers today I will be reviewing Mr. Poppers Penguins which is rated PG. Okay I saw this movie on fathers day weekend with my family to celebrate fathers day with my dad. He really wanted to see this because we both love Jim Carrey and Penguins! Here's the plot of the movie: Mr. Popper is a great businessman who has a X-wife and 2 kids. One day he finds out his father passed away he gets a package that his father wanted him to get and in that package is a penguin named Captain. When Mr. Popper tries to send the penguin back home things go terribly wrong and he ends up with more penguins. But soon he turns his house into a winter wonderland and learns the meaning of love and family. Okay so this movie has a great cast, such as: Jim Carrey plays Mr. Popper, Carla Gugino plays Amanda, Angela Lansbury plays Mrs. Van Gundy, Ophelia Lovibond plays Pippi, Madeline Carroll plays Janie, Clark Gregg plays Nat Jones, David Krumholtz plays Kent, Philip Baker Hall plays Franklin. I'm also happy to say that Jim Carrey is very funny in this movie. Surprisingly this movie is based on the book which first came out in 1938, I did not get a chance to read the book yet but I know soon I will read it. This movie is appropriate for all ages. So go see it now because its truly fabulous!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

X-Men: First Class

Hello followers today I will be reviewing X-Men: First Class which is rated PG-13, This is the 5th X-Men film. (Just to let you know this is the X-Men prequel which talks about how things came to be) Marvel has done it again! They made another fantastic movie that will forever be in my heart. Okay so as you can see I loved this film, I saw it with my dad and older sister. My older sister hates going to movies, but she loved this one! Here's the plot: Before Charles Xavier and Erik Lensherr took the names Professor X and Magneto, they were two young men discovering their powers for the first time. Before they were archenemies, they were closest of friends, working together, with other Mutants (some familiar, some new), to stop the greatest threat the world has ever known. But in the process a hole opened between them which started the eternal war between them. Heres the amazing cast: James McAvoy plays Charles Xavier/Professor X, Michael Fassbender plays Erik Lensherr/Magneto, Kevin Bacon plays Sebastian Shaw, Rose Byrne plays Dr. Moira MacTaggert, Jennifer Lawrence - Raven Darkholme/Mystique, Oliver Platt - Man in Black, Caleb Landry Jones plays Sean Cassidy/Banshee, Alex Gonzalez plays Janos Quested/Riptide, Nicholas Hoult plays Hank
McCoy/Beast, January Jones plays Emma Frost, Edi Gathegi plays Armando Munoz/Darwin, Jason Flemyng plays Azazel, Zoe Kravitz plays Angel Salvadore. As you can see this is a very very good cast. Some of you guys may not like super hero movies but this isn't only a super hero movie, this movie has super heros in it but they also tie in a lot of history such as The holocaust, etc. I think kids from age 9 and up can watch this film because its not very scary. Kung fu panda 2

Hello followers today I will be reviewing Kung Fu Panda 2 which is rated PG. Okay so I loved the first one so I got very excited when I saw they were making another one. Heres the plot of the movie: Now known as the Dragon Warrior Po protects the Valley of Peace with the furious five. Suddenly all the Kung Fu masters start to disappear , Po must go on a journey with the furious five to stop a villain using something more powerful then Kung Fu its self. But in order for Po to destroy this villain he must remember his past and unlock the secrets of his mysterious origins. Only then he will find the strength he needs to destroy this villain. Okay so this movie has a very good cast such as: Jack Black plays Po, Angelina Jolie plays Tigress, Dustin Hoffman plays Master Shifu, Gary Oldman plays Lord Shen, Jackie Chan plays Monkey, Seth Rogen plays Mantis, Lucy Liu plays Viper, David Cross plays Crane, James Hong plays Mr. Ping, Michelle Yeoh plays The Soothsayer, Danny McBride plays Wolf Boss. As you can see this cast is full of funny and great people. I thought that the animation was great as usual since Dream Works made it. The ending made it look like they are going to make another one and I really hope they do because its such a good movie series! I think that this movie will be good for any age, but this movie is also a lot of fighting but animated fighting so some kids may be scarred. So overall if your looking for a good Comedy, animated, sad, cute, action movie then this here is your movie. So go get your tickets now because its that good!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
