The Social Network
Hello Followers today I will be reviewing The Social Network, this movie is about the internet sensation Facebook. This movie is about a kid named Mark Zuckerberg who invented a website called Facebook, but this movie is about how he came up with the idea for it and the process of the people that were sueing him because they claimed that he stole their idea. Seriously to tell you the truth I rather enjoyed this movie, everybody that I know who saw this movie loved it. Here are the pros and cons of this movie: pros= it's a very interesting film about how 1 kid became a billionaire, yet not only does this movie talk about how he became a billionaire it talks about how the youngest person in the world became a billionaire, It's a very exciting story. Cons= It shows girls in bras and thongs, and theres a lot of cursing. So for questions like oh is this movie appropriate to take my child to? Just as I said before theres a lot of inappropriate things in this movie for little kids to be exposed to. But then again if you think your child will be mature enough to handle this movie then go take them, thought I wouldn't advise it. But this movie really is an extraordinary movie and really should be an Oscar nomination.

ReplyDeleteI want to share my thoughts on the movie and suggest that you read Joe Nocera's column in the NY Times about month. In my view, Social Network is instructional movie about making yourself useful. Zuckerberg's friend Edourdo did not make himself useful. Shaun Parker, even though he was a drug addict womanizer, made himself very useful in ways that were not always apparent, i.e. Drop the "the" and venture capital contacts. The movie is also about focusing on an idea that is "really" cool and not selling it it too soon! Be good ;)
